Product Information, Availability, and Pricing

Any purchases made on items that were listed, described or priced incorrectly may be canceled at our discretion and will not be processed.

If an item is listed on www.powellaccessories.com is below its correct price, you may be notified via email of the change and the order may be canceled. If the order has already been shipped, you agree to either return the product or pay the difference between the actual and charged prices. Powell Accessories, LLC prices and specifications are also subject to change without notice. We do not negotiate prices on our products and all our prices are final.

Images and dimensions on www.powellaccessories.com are taken by Powell Accessories, LLC or provided by suppliers. Color and size of the images may vary due to computer screens and the owner’s screen settings.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Shipping and Packing

Most orders are shipped via FEDEX.  Shipping costs for all lighting will be communicated once the item is purchased. You will have the right to cancel your order on lighting products within three days of our communication regarding the shipping cost.  Shipping and insurance costs will be communicated via email and/or phone and will require your confirmation.  

• Some items are shipped in multiple containers.
• We will notify you if any item is back ordered.
• If any item requires assembly, we will communicate this in advance.

PowellAccessories.com products are sold within the continental U.S only and therefore excludes Alaska and the state of Hawaii.  As our items are wired after your order has been placed please allow up to four to six weeks for delivery unless otherwise noted.  Orders that contain multiple items may arrive in separate shipments. Each item is insured during the shipping process.  All orders will require an adult signature upon receipt.  We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

Delivery Charges ON OTHER ITEMS (excluding lighting)

Delivery charges are based on the weight of the item and destination.

Return Policy

We are committed to making sure you are satisfied with your purchase. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 10 days from the date of receipt. All items for return or exchange must be in their original condition and original packaging. The purchaser is responsible for the shipping costs of all returned items. LAMP SHADES must be in their ORIGINAL WRAPPING. Refunds will be made via the original form of payment. Items that are labeled non-returnable cannot be returned under any conditions. PowellAccessories.com is not responsible for any items lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend that you insure the item being returned and retain the receipt for tracking purposes. Once we receive your return, please allow a minimum of one week for your credit to appear on your payment card. Any original shipping costs incurred in delivering the package to you cannot be refunded. Please allow one billing cycle for credit to appear.  Lighting cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged Merchandise

Please inspect each item of merchandise carefully upon arrival. If an item arrives damaged, call Customer Service within 24 hours at 347-256-1541.  Please save all packing and boxes. 

User License All images and other copy writable material are owned by, licensed to or used by permission by Powell Accessories, LLC.   Permission is granted to temporarily download and print hard copy portions of the material from Powell Accessories, LLC’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only with the sole purpose of placing an order with or purchasing from www.powellaccessorsies.com.
